Better understanding a situation you're going through
We all experience situations that we don't understand. For example, you may have times when you feel unwell or angry and you are not sure why. You feel that there is a problem but you can't quite identify what is going on and what is hurting you in what you are experiencing.
You might be convinced that you understand the reason for a problem, but it persists: the situation may be more complex than you thought. In order to better understand your experience of a problematic situation and to know how to act on it, you must first better understand how your psyche works.
